Towing a passenger vehicle in Novi Sad costs 3,500 RSD for up to 10 km. Up to 15 km costs 4,700 RSD. Up to 25 km costs 6,100 RSD, while out-of-town journeys are 140 RSD per kilometre. The night rate (22:00-06:00) adds 20%.

Towing a commercial vehicle of 3 to 10 tonnes in Novi Sad costs 6,000 RSD for up to 10 km. Up to 15 km costs 7,000 RSD. Up to 25 km costs 9,000 RSD, while out-of-town journeys are 200 RSD per kilometre.

Yes. Between 22:00 and 06:00 the towing price is increased by 20%.

For distances between 50 and 100 km the price is 140 RSD per kilometre for passenger and light commercial vehicles, and 200 RSD per kilometre for commercial vehicles of 3 to 10 tonnes. Journeys over 100 km are arranged separately.

Difficult loading and vehicle recovery carry an additional 30%. For water extraction, overturned vehicles and particularly complex interventions the price is determined on site, as it depends on the condition of the vehicle and access conditions.

Immediately after the call ends, the nearest vehicle will be dispatched to assist you.

No. If you cancel the job before our crew reaches the location, the call-out is not charged.

Yes, we tow electric and hybrid vehicles. Tell us the make and model when you call so we arrive with the right equipment.

That is not a problem. We reach underground garages and narrow streets. When you call, tell us exactly where the vehicle is so we can send a suitable truck.

Yes, you can ride with us in the cab. If there are several of you or you have luggage, we also arrange additional transport.

Yes. We transport the vehicle to whichever garage you choose. If you do not have one, we can take it to our partner workshop, Autoklinika ZIP.

Yes. We tow unregistered vehicles as well as vehicles damaged in a road accident.

No. We open the vehicle without damaging the lock or the window. For security reasons we ask for proof of ownership before unlocking.

We cover Novi Sad and the surrounding area within a 50 km radius. For locations further out we come by arrangement - call us and tell us where you are.

A jump start costs 2,500 RSD. A wheel change costs 3,000 RSD. Fuel delivery costs 2,500 RSD. The call-out for other faults is 3,000 RSD, and any further work is agreed on site.

Vehicle unlocking costs from 6,000 RSD. We confirm the exact price by phone before setting off. We open the vehicle without damaging the lock or the window.

Yes, work on Sundays and public holidays carries a surcharge. The exact amount is agreed by phone before we set off.

For distances between 25 and 50 km the price is agreed by phone. Tell us where we are driving from and to, and we will give you the amount straight away.

Yes, the call-out is charged at 3,000 RSD. If the vehicle is fixed on the spot, no towing is charged.

Transport of classic cars, boats, motorcycles, tractors and agricultural or construction machinery is priced on request, as it depends on dimensions, weight and loading conditions. Call us with the vehicle details and you get a price immediately.

Yes. We tow across Serbia and abroad, as well as from abroad back into Serbia. For longer distances the price is agreed - call us and tell us where the vehicle needs to go from and to.
